Kate Stirling’s writing background includes film scripts, short stories and several books. Three of these form the Kaipara Trilogy of which Yates’ Landing is the first. Its success necessitated a reprint and encouraged her to write Thunder Children. She has written and taught various courses for many years. Her other interests include healing, gardening, meditation and reading.
